Historic Sugar Hill Townhouse

Historic Townhouse

This townhouse built in the mid 1880’s in the Historic Sugar Hill District of Harlem. We had the honor of renovating the parts that needed modernizing such as the Kitchen and lightly restoring and decorating the other floors keeping in mind its heritage and nostalgia from the neighborhood.

Midtown Manhattan Medical Spa

Midtown Medical Spa

We assisted our client in converting a small blank space into a lively clean space for her clients and customers to visit. This medical spa has several needs we Incorporated into a very tiny Manhattan footprint including a reception area and examination rooms.

Park Slope Book Editors Province

Our client, a Brooklyn-based book editor, needed a cozy space in her Park Slope duplex to relax as well as get those creative juices flowing for her clients.  An elegant room with period details makes this home a treat to visit for both works and play.

New Development Model Apartment

Our clients, who are prominent developers along the NJ Gold Coast, wanted a more unique product to show their potential buyers.

We created a two-bedroom apartment filled with unique and custom art, eclectic and vintage finds, as well as sophisticated wall coverings throughout. We wanted it to be a space that was not your traditional model home allowing buyers to have a more personal experience.

Union Square Apartments

We worked with our developer client to completely gut renovate their entire building creating four new 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condominium apartments as well as one 5 bedroom 4 bathroom penthouse apartment.

Longboat Key Renovation

Follow along here with our updates! This project is located in Longboat Key, FL and is one of a kind, especially for this area. I am implementing custom details throughout out to truly make this a design gem on the ocean. We don’t do typical and our clients didn’t want “typical FL design” either so were giving them an urban take on what would normally be a condo of seashells and sand.

Brooklyn Heights Combination

Brooklyn+Heights+Combination+%28Title%29

We took a studio apartment and a one bedroom apartment and combined them into a proper home for our client’s expanding family. The main focus was creating a proper Master Suite with custom furniture, wallcoverings and intricate tile work.

Washington Square Park Fun House

Our client, a startup finance genius needed a home to be a showstopper and play off his outgoing personality. This home needed to be a stimulating environment but also double as a cozy place to relax (see published article here for more details).

Quirky Upper East Side Residence

Perched high above the classic Upper East Side neighborhood, this apartment started as a generic developer grade “white box”. We wanted to interject personal aesthetic and style into the space as well as loud pops of color with curated original artwork and antiques.

Carroll Gardens Townhouse

This modern Carroll Gardens townhouse will get a lot of fun custom features for our clients.

Hudson River View Residence

By including several thoughtful pieces of custom furniture and large-scale original artwork, this new development project truly became a one-of-a-kind home our clients love, check back soon after this project is published for full details.

Upper East side home

The complete gut renovation of this classic Upper East Side post-war apartment involved adding a Laundry Room, expanding the Kitchen, and creating all-new Bathrooms and Bedrooms.

Midtown East residence

Our client came to us and asked “How can we add some fun and color to the space?”. We started with the few basics she had left then added in the main neutral pieces, and accented them with over sized artwork and new elements of color and fun for her to enjoy.

Fort Greene Modern Scandinavian

Our client, in love with modern and in love with the clean lines of the Scandinavian feel wanted a cozy home they could come home to after a hard days work and enjoy time with the family. We used the Scandinavian feel as inspiration but gave it our own play with more drama and details.

Spanning over four floors, this penthouse apartment gives a wide-open living area as well as intimate and private spaces throughout. It is capped off with an expansive roof deck featuring a pool.

Upper West Side Residence

Our clients wanted fun and sophistication for their pre-war home. We took that and added color and textures throughout as well as adding back in some simple details that elevated the overall home to fit within the overall context of the neighborhood and building.

Traditional Upper East Side Bath

In this classic, Upper East Side apartment lived our client, a very non-classic, super fun person. We kept the classic lines and a notably sale-able black and white theme in case of the option of resale.

Carrara baseboard with non-traditional-sized subway tiles made it look classic at first glance, but the more time you spend in the space, the more you notice the detail and craft involved.

Upper East Side Townhouse

We made budget-conscious furnishing choices so that each room could be completed fully, rather than one room at a time. Our inspiration was keeping the home fitting within the neighborhood, but interjecting our patterns and fun elements, creating a sophisticated look for guests to enjoy.

Brooklyn Heights Glam

A stunning Land-marked Brooklyn Heights building was the setting for our client’s apartment. Needing vast amounts of work, we worked with her to develop a timeless yet glam-styled apartment that included both the Kitchen and Bathroom (see published article here for more details).
