On one of the tree lined blocks of Prospect Heights is our clients duplex. With some simple cleanup of the layout and ceiling lines made it a much more pleasant starting point. We incorporated a fully custom kitchen, new lighting design and furnishings. These herringbone floors are one of the many showstoppers of the home but add a very detailed base.
