UNION SQUARE, NYC

This project was a multi-year in depth development converting duplexes into single floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condos. Careful attention was focused on simple details that were relatable to the masses but not utilized in every new development in New York City. Heated floors, marble and custom millwork finishes made these a homes to enjoy. The units, all similar but slightly different, the second floor showcases the magnificent and detailed original pivot windows that were restored. Given that this was a building originally built in the 1920s we had a heavy emphasis on soundproofing between units so they were quiet homes.
